About Me
I started my career as a retail sales ambassador for Lush Cosmetics with a passion for educating customers about the company’s products and brand values. My ability to communicate these ideas effectively quickly landed me a role as an In-Store Trainer.
I spent three years in this role, leading new hire training, developing training materials, and working with my management team to identify areas of opportunity.
I then went on to become a Manger In Training and Store Manager, where I developed dozens of employees into leadership positions and specialty roles.
I’ve recently obtained a Master of Science in Instructional Design and Technology from California State University Fullerton, where I have conducted research in adult learning theories and developed my skills in creating learning objects in Articulate Storyline 360 and Rise.
I had the opportunity to apply many of my skills as a contract Instructional Designer for National Polytechnic College, developing e-learning courses for their continuing education program for MRI technologist certification.
In my free time, I enjoy traveling (that’s me in Paris in the photo), trying new restaurants, and going to the movies.
